I was in the kitchen making breakfast and cleaning up a bit and I found this yellow-brain-looking-plastic-toy on the counter. I had no idea what it was or where it came from so... knowing it was at least a toy I called in Cole to help me out. Here's how the conversation went:
Dad: COLEY!
Cole: What?
Dad: Come here...
Cole: (walks into kitchen)
Dad: What is this?
Cole: It's a zoophyte.
Dad: Huh? (dumb look on face)
Cole: A zoophyte... a Sea Sponge...
Dad: Wha? (dumb/surprized look on face)
Cole: You know... Spongebob?
Dad: (Now he's speaking on my level)Right, right. Well, where'd it come from? (meaning... did it come from your room? Your brothers room? The toybox? etc...)
Cole: From the Silurian Period. (Duh...)
Dad: (dumb/surprized/shocked look on face) Oh. Okay... Thanks buddy...
