Friday morning I had a monthly metrics meeting which is basically a time for all of the technonerds at my company to show pretty graphs to our directors, V.P.'s, and CIO explaining to them what the heck we do all day so they can then justify why they keep us all on the payroll. I am interim manager for my group since my boss is out on maternity leave till September. This was my second metrics meeting. In the first meeting the new V.P. of our department gave me a hard time for only having one graph to show for our group and after ribbing me for a while instructed me to "please put together a slide for the next meeting..." So... I did... Click 'Open' then click through to the last one. See it here.
